[origin: WO9216678A1] A shedding device for a textile machine contains two lifting blades (120) which move to and fro antagonistically, two traction elements (121) which can be engaged and disengaged with the lifting blades (120) and an insertion device (12) which is arranged so that the traction elements adopt a defined position with respect to the pole regions when in the lower shed position. The traction elements (121) have coupling parts (123) with hooks (126) which can be coupled with matching lifting blade parts, and stop parts (54) which co-operate with the stop board (46) for the rest position and with the lower edge of the lifting blade (120) so that they move to and fro interlocked with the traction elements (121) coupled with the blades (120). As a result of this defined position and of the insertion and withdrawal of the traction elements from the lower shed position and the interlocking drive, the power of the electromagnets and of the shedding machine can generally be markedly reduced with a reliable switching function at high frequency up to 2500 min?-1.

Le dispositif de formation de la foule comporte deux couteaux de levée (120) mobiles de haut en bas, en sens opposé, deux organes de traction (121) pouvant être mis en ou hors prise avec les couteaux de levée (120), ainsi qu'un dispositif d'introduction (12) disposé de telle sorte que les organes de traction prennent, en position de foule basse, relativement aux zones des pôles une position bien définie. Les organes de traction (121) ont des éléments d'accouplement (123) avec crochets (126), lesquels peuvent être accouplés à des parties du couteau de levée conçues complémentairement, ainsi que des éléments de butée (54) lesquels coopèrent avec la planche de butée (46) pour la position de repos, ainsi qu'avec l'arête inférieure du couteau de levée (120) de telle manière que les organes de traction (121) accouplés avec le couteau (120) sont mus de haut en bas par engagement positif. Grâce à cette position définie ainsi qu'à l'introduction et au retrait des organes de traction à partir de la position de foule basse et à son entraînement par engagement positif, il est en général possible de réduire fortement la puissance des électroaimants et de la machine de formation de foule, avec une fonction de commutation fiable à haute fréquence allant jusqu'à 2500 min-1.
