[origin: EP0531988A1] A method for forming fine particles of the present invention employs the magnetic effect applied from the outside. A crushing apparatus of the present invention comprises a cylindrical case, crushing device and a receiving pan. Each of crush devices comprises a net, magnetic crushing media, permanent magnet and driving part. When the ceramic particles are provided through the opening of the case, and the driving part of the first crush device makes the permanent magnet repeat motions such as rotation-stop-move upwardly/downwardly-stop, the magnetic crushing media are repeatedly aggregated and diffused therein. In result, the ceramic particles are roughly crushed thereby. The second and third crush devices pulverize the ceramic particles moderately and finely by following the method of the first crush device. Pulverized ceramic particles are emitted through the emission part of the case to the pan. Therefore, the fine particles having desired grain diameter can be obtained in the short period of time. <IMAGE>
