[origin: WO9202681A2] A bridge construction system includes a first independent longitudinal truss (40) positioned over a first bridge section (2), and a second independent longitudinal truss (40a) positioned over a second section (4). A gantry (50) is movably mounted on the trusses (40, 40a), the gantry (50) having a first leg (210) mounted to the first truss (40) and a second leg (200) mounted to the second truss (40a), the gantry (50) being drivable along the first and second trusses (40, 40a). A gantry drive (940) is provided for controllably driving the gantry (50) along the trusses (40, 40a). A transverse trolley (240) is movably mounted on the gantry (50), the trolley (240) being drivable along the gantry (50) in a direction generally transverse to the longitudinal trusses (40, 40a). The trolley (240) includes a winch (260) for lifting and carrying bridge components to be positioned along the bridge spans over which the longitudinal trusses (40, 40a) are mounted. The trolley (240) is selectively positionable over each of the bridge sections (2, 4).

Système pour la construction d'un pont, comprenant un premier treillis longitudinal indépendant (40) placé sur une première partie (2) de pont, et un deuxième treillis longitudinal indépendant (40a) placé sur une deuxième partie (4). Un échafaudage (50) est monté mobile sur les treillis (40, 40a), ledit échafaudage (50) comprenant un premier pied (210) monté sur le premier treillis (40) et un deuxième pied (200) monté sur le deuxième treillis (40a), l'échafaudage (50) pouvant se déplacer le long des premier et deuxième treillis (40, 40a). Un dispositif de commande de l'échafaudage (940) est prévu pour commander le déplacement dudit échafaudage (50) le long des treillis (40, 40a). Un chariot transversal (240) est monté mobile sur l'échafaudage (50), ledit chariot (240) pouvant se déplacer le long de l'échafaudage (50) dans une direction généralement transversale par rapport aux treillis longitudinaux (40, 40a).
