The invention relates to a rotatable bottle support (1) for a labelling machine in the drinks industry, on which all-round labels (3) are processed. <??>The object is to provide bottles (2) of differing cross-section with an initial glue coating at a fixed glue-coating station (8) and, at the label extraction (24), to align the glue-coated point exactly with a fixed label stack (12) without any relative speed. <??>This is achieved by means of a two-tier toothed cam (17, 18) which contains a single rotation program and cooperates with roller stars (21) serving as drive means for an opposite self-rotation of the bottles (2) and which is continuously adjustable through an angle beta between a minimum and a maximum bottle cross-section. <??>In this way, specific points of the rotation program running through the entire speed range between the glue-coating and the label extraction are always activated at the glue-coating and extraction stations respectively. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen drehbaren Flaschenträger (1) für eine Etikettiermaschine der Getränkeindustrie, auf der Rundumetiketten (3) verarbeitet werden. Es ist das Ziel, dabei Flaschen (2) unterschiedlichen Querschnitts an einer ortsfesten Beleimungsstation (8) mit einer Anfangsbeleimung zu versehen und die beleimte Stelle exakt bei der Etikettenentnahme (24) ohne Relativgeschwindigkeit zu einem ortsfesten Etikettenstapel (12) auszurichten. Erreicht wird dies durch eine ein einziges Drehprogramm enthaltende doppelstöckige Zahnkurve (17, 18), die mit als Antriebsmittel für eine entgegengesetze Eigendrehung der Flaschen (2) dienden Rollensternen (21) zusammenwirkt und zwischen einem minimalen und einem maximalen Flaschenquerschnitt um einen Winkel β stufenlos einstellbar ist. Auf diese Weise werden immer definierte Punkte des zwischen der Beleimung und der Etikettenentnahme den gesamten Geschwindigkeitsbereich durchlaufenden Drehprogramms an der Beleimungs- bzw. Entnahmestelle wirksam. <IMAGE>
