Abstract (en)
A windable substrate (2) is transported to a substrate carrier (40) and wound thereon. To this end the substrate (2) is first held in a defined storage position. In this storage position the substrate carrier (40) is moved into a threading position (407) and brought into engagement with the substrate. The substrate is then automatically threaded around the substrate carrier (40). After completion of the threading operation, the substrate carrier (40) is moved into a winding position (406) in which the substrate (2) is wound onto the substrate carrier (40). The advance rate with which the substrate (2) is motor-driven to the substrate carrier (40) is controllable. The substrate carrier (40) is motor-driven in a controllable manner, specifically with uniform torque and in dependence on the advance rate with which the substrate (2) is transported to the substrate carrier (40). After completion of the winding operation, the substrate (2) is cut off and the substrate end forming part of the reel is automatically fixed on the reel, whilst the other substrate end is again held in the defined storage position. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein wickelfähiges Substrat (2) wird zu einem Substratträger (40) transportiert und auf diesen aufgewickelt. Dazu wird das Substrat (2) zunächst in einer definierten Speicherstellung gehalten. In dieser Speicherstellung wird der Substratträger (40) in eine Einfädelposition (407) bewegt und mit dem Substrat in Eingriff gebracht. Das Substrat wird dann automatisch um den Substratträger (40) herum eingefädelt. Nach Beendigung des Einfädelvorgangs wird der Substratträger (40) in eine Wickelposition (406) bewegt, in der das Substrat (2) auf den Substratträger (40) aufgewickelt wird. Die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit, mit der das Substrat (2) motorisch zum Substratträger (40) transportiert wird, ist regelbar. Der Substratträger (40) wird steuerbar motorisch angetrieben, und zwar mit gleichmässigem Drehmoment und in Abhängigkeit von der Vorschubgeschwindigkeit, mit der das Substrat (2) zum Substratträger (40) transportiert wird. Nach Beendigung des Wickelvorgangs wird das Substrat (2) abgeschnitten und das zum Wickel gehörende Substratende wird automatisch am Wickel fixiert, während das andere Substratende wieder in der definierten Speicherstellung gehalten wird. <IMAGE>
