The invention relates to a working process for the double-bobbin production of a double-plush fabric with a double-weft weave for the active pile threads (P9 or P10) and with tied-in dead pile threads (P10 or P9), the weft-insertion aids being brought alternately to the height (hB1, hB2) of the upper fabric and to the height (h01, h02) of the lower fabric; two weft threads (lB1 and lB2) or (l01 and l02) located one above the other are introduced each time into that upper fabric or that lower fabric, whilst in each repeat, in respect of the two double wefts (lB1, lB2) and (l01, l02) of that repeat, the active pile thread (P9 or P10) is brought above the two weft threads (lB1, lB2) in the upper fabric and below the two weft threads (l01, l02) in the lower fabric. The invention relates, furthermore, to a double-plush loom, in which two or more upwardly and downwardly movable weft-insertion aids can be driven, in order to move these jointly upwards and downwards in an exactly coordinated cycle so as to carry out the working process according to the invention. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Arbeitsverfahren zum zweispuligen Anfertigen eines Doppelstückgewebes mit einer Zweischußbindung für die aktiven Polfäden (P9 oder P10) und mit eingebundenen, toten Polfäden (P10 oder P9), wobei die Schußeinführ-Hilfsmittel abwechselnd in die Höhe (hB1, hB2) des Obergewebes und in die Höhe (h01, h02) des Untergewebes gebracht werden; dabei werden jedesmal zwei übereinander liegende Schußfäden (IB1 und IB2) bzw. (I01 und I02) in jenes Obergewebe bzw. Untergewebe eingebracht, während bei jedem Rapport der aktive Polfaden (P9 oder P10) hinsichtlich der beiden doppelten Schüsse (IB1, IB2) und (I01, I02) jenes Rapportes in dem Obergewebe oberhalb der beiden Schußfäden (IB1, IB2) und in dem Untergewebe unter die beiden Schußfäden (I01, I02) gebracht wird. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Doppelstück-Webmaschine, bei der zwei oder mehrere aufwärts und abwärts bewegbare Schußeinführ-Hilfsmittel angetrieben werden können, um diese zur Ausführung des Arbeitsverfahrens gemäß der Erfindung gemeinsam in einem gut abgestimmten Zyklus aufwärts und abwärts zu bewegen. <IMAGE>
