When cutting out blanks (Z) from fold-forming flat material (M), the flat material is held down on a cutting table (1) by applying a vacuum to it and the blanks (Z) are cut out individually following the detection of a material flaw and the preparation of a cutting pattern taking into consideration the position, shape and size of the material flaw, to correspond to the cutting pattern produced. To permit efficient cutting out with optimum material utilisation and satisfactory cutting conditions, application of the vacuum for holding down the flat material M is restricted to the cutting-table regions (B) respectively assigned to the blanks (Z) matching the cutting pattern, and at the same time the vacuum is applied in these regions progressively from a preferably central starting position (3<1>) towards the edges (3<2>, 3<3>, 3<4>). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Beim Ausschneiden von Zuschnitten (Z) aus faltenbildendem Flachmaterial (M) wird das Flachmaterial durch Unterdruckbeaufschlagung auf einem Schneidtisch (1) niedergehalten und die Zuschnitte (Z) werden nach einer Materialfehlererkennung und einer Lage, Form und Größe der materialfehlerberücksichtigenden Schnittmustererstellung dem erstellten Schnittmuster entsprechend einzeln ausgeschnitten. Um bei optimaler Materialnutzung und einwandfreien Schnittbedingungen ein rationelles Ausschneiden zu ermöglichen, wird die Unterdruckbeaufschlagung zum Niederhalten des Flachmaterials M auf die den schnittmustergerechten Zuschnitten (Z) jeweils zugeordneten Schneidtischbereiche (B) begrenzt und dabei der Unterdruck in diesen Bereichen von einer vorzugsweise mittigen Ausgangsstellung (3¹) aus randwärts fortschreitend (3², 3³, 3<4>) aufgebracht. <IMAGE>
