Abstract (en)
[origin: WO9218604A1] The invention discloses a process for producing stable bifunctional, phosphate- and metasilicate-free, low-alkali detergent tablets for dishwashing machines containing granular, alkaline detergent additives consisting of sodium salts of at least one homopolymeric or copolymeric (meth)acrylic acid, sodium carbonate, sodium sulphate and water, non-foaming nonionic tensides, skeleton substances, bleaching agents, water and possibly bleach activators, aromas, dyes and enzymes. The granular detergent additives together with the skeleton substances, water and possibly nonionic tensides are again granulated by agglomeration in a known manner. The granular material is then threated with hot air in the fluidized bed and mixed with the bleaching agent and other additives. The mixture is then pressed in a conventional tablet press.
