[origin: JPH06155718A] PURPOSE: To rapidly remove a residual ink from an ink groove without labor hour when changing ink or cleaned. CONSTITUTION: A capturing container 27 for a residual ink is suspended from one end of an ink groove 6 to form a separable connector between the groove 6 and the container 27. The doctor 46 is guided to the vicinity of a deepest site near an ink fountain roller of a bottom 17 of the groove 6 while dipping in a printing ink along a periphery of the roller 2. Then, a working edge of the doctor 46 is slid until arriving at the container 27 together with residual ink 28 along the bottom 17 of the groove 6 to empty the ink 28 to an inner chamber 30 of the container 27 or the residual ink at an upper edge 59 of a partition wall 43 of the container 27 is scraped down from the doctor in the chamber 30 of the container.

Beim Entleeren von Farbkästen für Rotationsdruckmaschinen, insbesondere für Rollenoffsetdruck, besteht die Aufgabe darin, ein Verfahren, eine Einrichtung sowie eine Rakel zu schaffen, womit die Restfarbe aus dem Farbkasten bei Farbwechsel oder Reinigungsarbeiten schnell und unaufwendig entfernt werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß geschieht das nach dem Verfahren dadurch, daß eine farbkastenbreite Rakel (46) zwischen dem Farbduktor (2) und der Restfarbe in den Farbkasten (6) eingeführt und bis zum Boden (17) des Farbkastens (6) bewegt, anschließend mit seiner Arbeitskante (53) auf dem Farbkastenboden (17) entlang in eine die Restfarbe sammelnde, duktorferne Stellung bis zu einem Sammelbehälter (27) für die Restfarbe (28) gebracht und dort an der Oberkante (59) einer Trennwand (43) abgestrichen wird. <IMAGE>
