Abstract (en)
The apparatus for removing cut-out parts from a sheet of material has a tool plate (10) and at least one cutting-out element (12) which is fastened to the tool plate (10). To ensure reliable positioning and a high section modulus of the cutting-out element (12), the cutting-out element (12) has a fixing shaft (18) which has two limbs in cross-section. The two limbs (14, 16) of the fixing shaft (18) have on their free ends an essentially rectangular recess (20) which extends to one end face (22) of the fixing shaft (18) so that each limb of the fixing shaft (18) exhibits a short limb section (23, 24) and a long limb section (26, 28). The short limb sections (23, 24) fit into a matching recess (38) in the tool-holding plate (10) in such a way that that edge (30) of the long limb section (26, 28) which faces one (22) of the end faces comes to rest against the tool-holding plate (10). One of the two limbs (14, 16) of the fixing shaft (18) merges into a plate-like cutting-out section (32) at its end opposite one (22) of the end faces. <IMAGE>

Die Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Ausbrechteilen aus einem Werstoffbogen weist eine Werkzeugplatte (10) und wenigstens ein an der Werkzeugplatte (10) befestigtes Ausbrechelement (12) auf. Für eine zuverlässige Positionierung und ein hohes Widerstandsmoment des Ausbrechelements (12) weist das Ausbrechelement (12) einen im Querschnitt zweischenkligen Fixierschaft (18) auf. Die beiden Schenkel (14, 16) des Fixierschaftes (18) weisen an ihrem freien Ende eine im wesentlichen rechteckige Aussparung (20) auf, die sich bis zu einer Stirnseite (22) des Fixierschaftes (18) erstreckt, so daß jeder Schenkel des Fixierschaftes (18) einen Kuzschenkelabschnitt (23, 24) und einen Langschenkelabschnitt (26, 28) aufweist. Die Kurzschenkelabschnitte (23, 24) sind in eine zu ihnen komplementäre Ausnehmung (38) der Werkzeughalteplatte (10) so eingepaßt, daß der der einen Stirnseite (22) zugewandte Rand (30) des Langschenkelabschnitts (26, 28) an der Werkzeughalteplatte (10) anschlägt. Einer der beiden Schenkel (14, 16) des Fixierschaftes (18) geht an seinem der einen Stirnseite 22 gegenüberliegenden Ende in einen plattenförmigen Ausbrechabschnitt (32) über. <IMAGE>
