Abstract (en)
A cutter bar which is suitable particularly as a counter blade or anvil blade for cutting rotors in granulators, consists of a blade (3) which is inserted into a groove in a highly wear-resistant carrier (2). The blade (3) has, as cutting surface, an ultra-hard layer of sintered material, which preferably consists of polycrystalline diamond or cubic boron nitride. The joint between the blade (3) and the carrier (2) is preferably made by soldering, the contact surfaces which are to be soldered being metallised beforehand, or else is made by means of anchors which engage into a groove (15) in the carrier (2). The flanks of the carrier (2), which extend almost without gaps up to the layer of sintered material, protect the flanks of the blade (3) which have only a moderate wear resistance. The cutting bar can also have a holder (8) to which one or more carriers (2) with sintered material blades (3) are releasably fastened. <IMAGE>

Eine Schneidleiste, die besonders als Gegenmesser oder Ambossmesser für Schneidrotoren in Granulatoren geeignet ist, besteht aus einem Messer (3), das in eine Nut in einem hochverschleissfesten Träger (2) eingesetzt ist. Das Messer (3) weist als Schneidfläche eine ultraharte Hartstoffschicht auf, die bevorzugt aus polykristallinem Diamant oder kubischem Bornitrid besteht. Die Verbindung zwischen dem Messer (3) und dem Träger (2) wird bevorzugt durch Löten, wobei die zu verlötenden Kontaktflächen zuvor metallisiert werden, oder auch mittels Ankern hergestellt, die in eine Nut (15) im Träger (2) hineingreifen. Die sich fast lückenlos bis zur Hartstoffschicht erstreckenden Flanken des Trägers (2) schützen die nur mässig verschleissfesten Flanken des Messers (3). Die Schneidleiste kann auch einen Halter (8) aufweisen, an dem einer oder mehrere Träger (2) mit Hartstoffmessern (3) lösbar befestigt sind. <IMAGE>
