Abstract (en)
The packaging of a packaged product (1) consists of a wrapping in the form of an outer coil (2) on which a tear strip (3) is attached. Due to the fact that the tearstrip is attached in such away that it does not lie in one plane and its ends do not overlap, the outer coil (2) is removed from the packaged product completely when the packaging is opened. To produce the package, the tear strips (3) are attached obliquely on the web of film (12) from which the outer coil will then later be cut off. The device to carry out the method contains a strip drum (16) with rows of suction nozzles (34) which are arranged obliquely offset and hold the tear strips (3), which have been cut off a web (26) by means of a cutting tool (28), and move them into contact with the web of film (12). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Verpackung eines Packgutes (1) besteht aus einer Umhüllung in Form eines Außenwickels (2), an dem ein Aufreißbändchen (3) befestigt ist. Dadurch, daß das Aufreißbändchen so befestigt ist, daß es nicht in einer Ebene liegt und sich dessen Enden nicht überlappen, wird beim Öffnen der Verpackung der Außenwickel (2) vollständig von dem Packgut gelöst. Zur Herstellung der Verpackung werden auf der Folienbahn (12), von der dann später die Außenwickel abgeschnitten werden, schräg die Aufreißbändchen (3) befestigt. Die Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens enthält eine Bändchentrommel (16) mit schräg versetzt angeordneten Reihen von Saugdüsen (34) die die mittels eines Schneidwerkzeuges (28) von einer Bahn (26) abgeschnittenen Aufreißbändchen (3) festhalten und mit der Folienbahn (12) in Berührung bringen. <IMAGE>
