The device includes two cellular wheels (2/4), which can be driven so as to rotate about a central shaft (3; 5) in each case and have cells (25; 35) for one product (P) in each case which are arranged around the shaft in question and are separated from one another by means of spokes (23/33). Assigned to the spokes (22; 33) are blades which rotate together with the cellular wheel (2; 4) in question. To each set of rotating blades (26; 36) there is assigned at least one stationary counterblade (29; 39) which is connected to a guiding element (46). The guiding element (46) is guided on a running surface (47) of the associated cellular wheel (2; 4) and ensures that a certain cutting gap (S) between the associated counterblade (29; 39) and the rotating blades (26; 36) cooperating with the latter is precisely observed. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Zur Einrichtung gehören zwei Zellenräder (2/4), die um je eine zentrale Achse (3; 5) drehantreibbar sind und rings um die betreffende Achse angeordnete, durch Speichen (23/33) voneinander getrennte Zellen (25; 35) für je ein Erzeugnis (P) aufweisen. Den Speichen (22; 33) sind Messer zugeordnet, die mit dem betreffenden Zellenrad (2; 4) umlaufen. Jedem Satz umlaufender Messer (26; 36) ist mindestens ein ortsfestes Gegenmesser (29; 39) zugeordnet, das mit einem Führungsglied (46) verbunden ist. Das Führungsglied (46) ist an einer Lauffläche (47) des zugehörigen Zellenrades (2; 4) geführt und sorgt dafür, daß ein bestimmter Schneidspalt (S) zwischen dem zugehörigen Gegenmesser (29; 39) und den damit zusammenwirkenden umlaufenden Messern (26; 36) genau eingehalten wird. <IMAGE>
