Abstract (en)
A shorter fitting time per grommet can be achieved using this device, which is of simple and cost-effective construction. A rotating device (11) is provided for this purpose, which device can be rotated onwards step by step and has a plurality of pegs (31), one grommet (17) in each case being pushed on to one peg (31) in a first position (I). When the rotating device (11) is in a second position (II), the grommet (17) is pushed on to a thicker part of the peg (31), by means of a pushing-on unit (33), in order to expand said grommet (17). A fitting head has a grommet retaining part (41) and a spreading part (42), by means of which the grommet (17) is pulled off the peg (31) in a further position (IV) of the rotating device (11), the grommet (17) being held in the expanded state by the spreading part (42), and being pushed on to the cable (13). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Mit dieser einfach und kostengünstig aufgebauten Einrichtung kann eine kleinere Bestückungszeit pro Tülle erreicht werden. Zu diesem Zweck ist eine schrittweise weiterdrehbare Drehvorrichtung (11) vorgesehen, die mehrere Dorne (31) aufweist, wobei in einer ersten Stellung (I) jeweils eine Tülle (17) auf einen Dorn (31) geschoben wird. In einer zweiten Stellung (II) der Drehvorrichtung (11) wird die Tülle (17) mittels einer Aufschiebeeinheit (33) zum Zwecke des Aufweitens auf einen dickeren Teil des Dornes (31) geschoben. Ein Bestückungskopf weist ein Tüllenaufnahmeteil (41) und ein Aufspreizteil (42) auf, mittels welchen in einer weiteren Stellung (IV) der Drehvorrichtung (11) die Tülle (17) vom Dorn (31) abgezogen wird, wobei die Tülle (17) durch das Aufspreizteil (42) im aufgeweiteten Zustand gehalten und auf das Kabel (13) geschoben wird. <IMAGE>
