Abstract (en)
The multi-unit pack 50 proposed, consisting of a plurality of individual soft packages 3, in particular for drinking liquids, is characterised by bonding of the aligned soft packages by means of a plurality of adhesive spots or small adhesive areas. A heated melt adhesive is sprayed from an adhesive dispenser 20 onto one of the surfaces of the soft packages to be connected after they have passed through a separating device 5, whereupon the individual packs 5 of the group are aligned in an aligning station 30 and are pressed together in a longitudinal pressing device 40 until the adhesive points have become firm. These stations are located on a lateral conveyor belt 33, arranged at the side of the main conveyor belt 1, from where the finished multi-unit packs 50 are guided back onto the main conveyor belt 1 by a guiding device 55.

Die vorgeschlagene Mehrfachverpackung 50 aus einer Mehrzahl von einzelnen Weichpackungen 3, insbesondere für Trinkflüssigkeiten, ist durch eine Verklebung der ausgerichteten Weichpackungen mittels einer Mehrzahl von Klebepunkten oder kleinen Klebeflächen gekennzeichnet. Ein erhitzter Schmelzkleber wird von einem Kleberspender 20 auf eine der zu verbindenden Flächen der Weichpackungen nach deren Durchlauf durch eine Vereinzelungsvorrichtung 5 aufgespritzt, worauf die Weichpackungen 5 der Gruppe in einer Ausrichtstation 30 ausgerichtet und in einer Längszusammendrückvorrichtung 40 bis zum Festwerden der Klebestellen zusammengedrückt werden. Diese Stationen befinden sich auf einem seitlich des Hauptförderbandes 1 angeordneten Seitenförderband 33, von wo die fertigen Mehrfachverpackungen 50 von einer Leitführung 55 wieder auf das Hauptförderband 1 geführt werden.
