Abstract (en)
A process for quality control during the fabrication of a multiplicity of threads in a corresponding number of fabrication stations (4, 5, 5') identical to one another is disclosed. In this, at least one signal (10, 10', 10'') is recorded simultaneously and continuously at all the fabrication stations (4, 5, 5') of such a plant, and at least one additional signal (7, 8, 9, 11) is determined at one or a few fabrication stations (4), the so-called reference stations. By correlating all the recorded signals in these reference stations, with a knowledge of the mutual dependencies which may exist, the correlation result is evaluated in terms of one or more typical properties of the fabricated product. Parameters for the further influencing of the process at the reference station and statements regarding the quality of the product can be obtained therefrom. <IMAGE>

Es ist ein Verfahren zur Qualitätssteuerung bei der Herstellung einer Vielzahl von Fäden in einer entsprechenden Anzahl von untereinander gleichartigen Herstellungsstellen (4, 5, 5') offenbart. Dabei wird mindestens ein Signal (10, 10', 10'') gleichzeitig und kontinuierlich an allen Herstellungsstellen (4, 5, 5') einer solchen Anlage erfaßt, sowie mindestens ein zusätzliches Signal (7, 8, 9, 11) an einer oder wenigen Herstellungsstellen (4), den sogenannten Referenzstellen, bestimmt. Durch Korrelieren aller erfaßten Signale in diesen Referenzstellen wird anhand der Kenntnis der gegebenenfalls bestehenden Abhängigkeiten untereinander das Korrelationsergebnis bewertet im Hinblick auf eine oder mehrere typische Eigenschaften des hergestellten Produktes. Hieraus lassen sich Vorgaben für die weitere Beeinflussung des Prozesses an der Referenzstelle sowie Aussagen über die Qualität des Produktes treffen. <IMAGE>
