Abstract (en)

The invention proposes an apparatus for compacting granular moulding materials, it being possible to select a single-stage or two-stage process, with a pressure vessel, a pressure housing that can be connected to a moulding device, a pressure space (16) which is separated from the said housing by at least one valve arrangement (4), and means for recompaction (11), the means for recompaction being arranged in the mould cavity and a spacer element (12) being arranged between the means for recompaction to reduce the clearance volume. <IMAGE>

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Verdichten von körnigen Formstoffen vorgeschlagen, wobei wahlweise ein einstufiges oder zweistufiges Verfahren gefahren werden kann, mit einem Druckbehälter, einem mit einer Formeinrichtung verbindbaren Druckgehäuse, einen durch mindestens eine Ventilanordnung (4) davon getrennten Druckraum (16), und Mittel zur Nachverdichtung (11), wobei die Mittel zur Nachverdichtung im Formraum angeordnet sind und dass zwischen den Mitteln zur Nachverdichtung ein Distanzelement (12) zur Verkleinerung des Totvolumens vorgesehen ist. <IMAGE>
