The electrical switch has fixed contacts (7) with a separating gap in which movable contacts (4) mounted at the end of a carrier arm are located. The other end of the carrier arm locates in a V-groove in a block (12) fixed to a base. The carrier is retained by a tensioning spring (21) secured at the other end to a pivot mounted lever (13). When the lever is displaced by operation of a push button (14). Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektrischen Schalter (1) mit einem aus einem Schaltkontakt (4) und wenigstens einem Festkontakt (5, 6) bestehenden Kontaktsystem (3). Der Festkontakt (5, 6) besitzt einen Körper (7) und eine mit dem Schaltkontakt (4) zusammenwirkende Kontaktfläche (10). Weiter ist der Festkontakt (5, 6) an einem eine erste breite Seite (23) und eine dazu ungefähr senkrecht stehende zweite schmale Seite (24) besitzenden Kontaktträger (8, 9), bei dem sich in der ersten Seite (23) eine Ausnehmung (25) mit einer dem Schaltkontakt (4) zugewandten Öffnung (26) an der zweiten Seite (24) befindet, angeordnet. Der Körper (7) des Festkontakts (5, 6) ist derart in die Ausnehmung (25) eingesetzt, daß die Kontaktfläche (10) des Festkontakts (5, 6) an der zweiten Seite (24) befindlich ist. Der Festkontakt (5, 6) ist als Bimetallkontakt aus einem ersten Material für den Körper (7) und einem zweiten Material in der Form einer Kontaktauflage auf dem Körper (7) ausgebildet. Der Bimetallkontakt ist als vorgefertigtes Teil mit der Kontaktauflage als Kontaktfläche (10) am Kontaktträger (8, 9) angeordnet. Weiter ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines derartigen Schalters (1) beschrieben. <IMAGE>
