The training apparatus has at least two pedals (15) and/or grips which can be moved in a straight line by the feet/arms. The pedals/grips are movable independently of each other against their own training load (25,26). The pedals/grips are guided in rectilinear horizontal guide slides (21). The apparatus is set up with a seat or couch for supporting the torso. The seat or couch can be set stationary at various spacing from the pedals/grips. The apparatus includes an adjustable seat surface, backrest and/or shoulder support adjustable by drive means.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Trainingsgerät mit einer Einrichtung, welche durch Bewegung der Extremitäten gegen die Kraft einer Trainingslast (25; 26) hin- und herbewegbar ist, wobei die Einrichtung im wesentlichen aus wenigstens zwei als Angriffsflächen für die Extremitäten ausgebildeten und jeweils geradlinig bewegbaren Pedalen (15) und/oder Griffen besteht und insbesondere die Pedale/Griffe unabhängig voneinander gegen je eine eigene Trainingslast bewegbar sind. <IMAGE>
