Abstract (en)
At least one reinforcement network of glass fibres is applied on the basic layer. At least one upper layer of flowing or pasty hardenable material, particularly spray mortar or spray concrete, is applied on the basic layer provided with the reinforcement network (8). The reinforcement network is formed as a tissue of strands shaped as open fibre bundles suitable for the penetration of flowing or pasty material. It has a mesh width of approximately 12 mm. It can also have a symmetrical mesh width of at least 35 mm., or at most 70 mm. It has a resistance to tearing of at least 20 kN/m. and an expansion factor of at most 5%.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von armierten Beschichtungen, insbesondere auf Betonoberflächen, bei dem auf die zu behandelnde Oberfläche eine Grundschicht (7) aus in fliessfähigem oder pastösem Zustand befindlichem, aushärtendem Material, insbesondere Spritzmörtel oder Spritzbeton, sodann auf diese Grundschicht ein Armierungsnetz (8) mit Mineralfasern, insbesondere Glasfasern, und schliesslich auf die mit dem Armierungsnetz versehene Grundschicht eine Oberschicht (9), wiederum aus in fliessfähigem oder pastösem Zustand befindlichem, aushärtendem Material, insbesondere Spritzmörtel oder Spritzbeton, aufgebracht wird. In Verbindung mit den Gattungsmerkmalen wird ein Armierungsnetz (8) in Form eines Gewebes oder Geflechts aus Strängen (S) verwendet, die als für das Eindringen von in fliessfähigem oder pastösem Zustand befindlichem Material offene Faserbündel ausgebildet sind. Das Armierungsnetz (8) wird in Form eines Gewebes oder Geflechts mit einer Maschenweite (M) von mindestens etwa 12 mm verwendet. <IMAGE>
