Abstract (en)
The system involves a stripper plate (10) through which the mould cores (7) penetrate. The plate is moved together with the mould (3) in relation to the mould cores vertically upwards or downwards as far as the top or bottom plane of the mould cores. Finally, the stripper plate together with the mould cores is moved horizontally out of the area of the mould. The stripper plate is connected to vertically movable, driven lifting elements consisting of two laterally positioned piston-cylinder units (12) each joined by a support (15). The supports have rollers (16) running horizontally on two frame (18) rails (17) positioned to the sides of the vibratory table (1).

Die Form (3) zur Herstellung von Beton-Formsteinen weist mehrere Formnester (4) auf, die mit fließfähigem Beton gefüllt werden. Zur Anbringung von Aussparungen im Innern oder an den Außenseiten des Formsteins sind jedem Formnest (4) ein oder mehrere Formkerne (7) zugeordnet, die eine unterhalb der Form (3) liegende Abstreiferplatte (10) durchsetzen und von unten in die Formnester (4) hineinragen. Zum Entformen des Formsteins werden die auf einer Kernträgerplatte (8) angeordneten Formkerne (7) durch eine Vertikalbewegung relativ zur Form (3) und zur Abstreiferplatte (10) bis zur oberen Begrenzung der Abstreiferplatte (10) aus den Formnestern (4) herausgezogen und anschließend die aus Abstreiferplatte (10) und Kernträgerplatte (8) bestehende Einheit in horizontaler Richtung aus dem Bereich der Form (3) herausgefahren. <IMAGE>
