Abstract (en)
The continuous casting installation with at least one magnetic field generated in an interior zone of the liquid steel strip comprises at least one linear motor (6, 7) with at least one induction comb (11, 12) and a reaction rail (22), located adjacent to at least one broad side (2, 3) of the steel strip. The movable reaction rail is formed by liquid.
Abstract (de)
Um bei einer Stranggießanlage mit mindestens einem im Bereich des im Inneren flüssigen Stahlstranges ausgebildeten Magnetfeld eine verbesserte Beruhigung des Stahlbades, eine weitere Verringerung von Turbulenzen und damit eine weiter verbesserte Struktur des Stahles zu erzielen, wird an einer Breitseite des Stahlstranges quer zu dessen Bewegungsrichtung mindestens ein Linearmotor (6,7) mit mindestens einem Induktionskamm (13,14) und einer Reaktionsschiene (22) angeordnet, wobei das flüssige Stahl die bewegliche Reaktionsschiene (22) bildet.
