Abstract (en)
The machine is used for side calibration of bricks or fireproof products, having widely varying width or side measurements. It has a conveyor (2a) for the bricks, formed by a conveyor belt (4) made of armoured flexible material. The belt has a central wedge profile on the back and toothed belt profiles on either side. The conveyor drive rollers (8) are toothed belt rollers, and are coupled for rigid movement. Wedge profile rollers (10) acting as centering rollers, project into the top section of the conveyor belt, in the area of the sizing stations. The centering rollers are spring-loaded. The side-toothed belt profiles move over slide bars in the top section area.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Maschine zum seitlichen Planieren von Ziegelei- und Feuerfest-Produkten, insbesondere zur Kalibrierung von Bausteinen, wobei das maschineneigene Transportsystem aus einer das zu bearbeitende Objekt unterfassenden Fördereinrichtung und einer von oben einwirkenden Niederhalteeinrichtung besteht. Die Fördereinrichtung (2a) ist breitenmäßig zumindest zweigeteilt und weist quer zur Transportrichtung verlagerbar sowie auf unterschiedliche Stützweiten einstellbar gehaltene, synchronlaufend angetriebene Umschlingngstriebe auf, welche erfindungsgemäß von einem als sogenanntes Kraftband aus bewehrtem (armiertem) flexiblem Material ausgeführten Transportband (4) gebildet sind, die auf der Rückseite im Bandquerschnitt einerseits im mittleren Bereich mindestens ein Keilprofil (6) und andererseits auf beiden Seitenstreifen ein Zahnriemenprofil (7) aufweisen. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
