The recesses are formed by a rectangular or oval beam of laser and their dimensions are 50 mu m </= dl </= 300 mu m in the longitudinal direction, 100 mu m </= dc </= 3000 mu m in the transverse direction, and 10 mu m </= d </= 30 mu m in depth, where dl/dc < 1. The pitches of the recesses are 3 mu m </= Pl </= 10 mu m in the longitudinal direction and dc-50 mu m </= Pc </= dc+50 mu m in the transverse direction.
