Abstract (en)
The valve lifters are born on a continuous shaft via hub bodies. The shaft (13) has a circular profile with a flat section (20). The hub bodies (12) have an opening on the side away from the operational contact force. The residual circumferential bearing angle of the hub bodies, and the residual circumferential angle of the shaft cross section are larger than 180 degrees . The shaft is turnable and lockable in its bearing. The shaft has one or more axis-parallel bores (17), and channels (18) branching radially off the bores to the hub bodies, for the supply of oil.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung von Kipphebeln oder Schlepphebeln (8) für die Ventilsteuerung von Brennkraftmaschinen mit einer im Zylinderkopf (1) der Brennkraftmaschine gelagerten durchgängigen Achse (13) zur Abstützung mehrerer Kipp- oder Schlepphebel (8). Die Kipp- oder Schlepphebel (8) sind mit einem Nabenkörper (12) auf der Achse (13) gelagert. Die Achse (13) weist über ihre Länge eine Abplattung (20) auf. Der Nabenkörper (12) ist mit einer Nabenöffnung (21) versehen, die so groß ist, daß sie bei verdrehter Achse (13) radial über die Achse (13) geschoben werden kann. Nach Verdrehen der Achse (13) in Funktionslage besteht zwischen Achse (13) und Nabenkörper (12) Formschluß. Die Erfindung ermöglicht eine vereinfachte Montage und Demontage der Kipp- oder Schlepphebel (8), indem dazu die im Zylinderkopf (1) gelagerte Achse (13) nicht entfernt werden muß. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht die durchgängige Achse (13) eine gemeinsame Ölversorgung aller auf ihr gelagerten Kipp- bzw. Schlepphebeln (8). <IMAGE>
