[origin: FR2759623A1] The invention concerns a method in which a pre-heated plastic sheet (120) is drawn with a force plug (4) resting on the plastic sheet (120) by of a plurality of supporting means with reduced surface (40-43) defining between them a disc of material, then cooled and removed from the mould after the force plug (4) has been withdrawn. The distance travelled by the force plug (4) is less than the depth of the mould (1) and, when the force plug reaches the end of its travel, without touching the mould bottom, air is pressure-blown in the direction of the portion of material located between the force plug (4) supporting means.
