[origin: DE19832112C1] The ventilation shaft assembly machine control (28) includes displays (44, 50) for displaying an assembly position (52) for a part (16) to be assembled on a form (1), sensors (46, 48) which detect current data of part, and comparison devices (56) which compare the current data with nominal data stored in a database. Signaling devices generate an error signal, if the current data do not agree with nominal data. The arrangement (28) includes display devices (44, 50) for displaying an assembly position (52) for a part (16) to be assembled on a form (1), especially for a shaft lining and form parts. Detection devices (46, 48) detect current data of the type of the part and its assembly condition in the form. Comparison devices (56) work together with the detection devices, comparing the current data with nominal data stored in a database of the comparison devices. Signaling devices generate an error signal, if the current data do not agree with nominal data, and control devices (56) control the display-, detection-, comparison-, and signal devices.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (28) und ein Verfahren zur Kontrolle der Bestückung einer Form (1) für Schachtteile mit Bestückungskörpern, umfassend : Anzeigemittel (44, 50) zum Anzeigen einer Bestückungsposition (52) für einen Bestückungskörper (16) an der Form (1), insbesondere für Schachtfutter und Formteile; Erfassungsmittel (46, 48) zur Erfassung von Ist-Daten bezüglich der Art des Bestückungskörpers (16) und seiner Bestückungslage in der Form (1); Vergleichsmittel (56), welche mit den Erfassungsmitteln (46, 48) zusammenwirken, zum Vergleich der Ist-Daten mit in einer Datenbasis (56) abgespeicherten Solldaten; Signalmittel zum Erzeugen eines Fehlersignals, falls die Ist-Daten nicht mit den Soll-Daten übereinstimmen; und Steuermittel (56) zum Steuern der Anzeige- , Erfassungs-, Vergleichs- und Signalmittel (44, 46, 48, 50, 56). <IMAGE>
