Abstract (en)
A hot gas drying system for continuous material feeds, e.g. for textile processing, has the horizontal material feed (WB) inside a control jet (6) to spread the hot gasses even over the material. The gasses are supplied via a blower (5) whose inlet duct (7a) extends into a filter cage (11) around the burner. The extension of the inlet duct is profiled (8) to generate a venturi effect and is spaced away from the filter cage, with the end of the gas burner inside the duct. This creates a ring space for efficient mixing with the recirculated gasses.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Wärmebehandlung einer fortlaufend transportierten, breitgeführten Warenbahn (WB), mit wenigstens einem Behandlungsfeld (F), in dem ein Düsensystem (6), wenigstens ein Ventilator (5), ein mit der Ventilator-Ansaugseite (5b) verbundener Gasansaugkanal (7) sowie eine dem Zuströmende (7a) des Gasansaugkanales (7) zugeordnete Filtereinrichtung (9) und eine wenigstens teilweise in der Filtereinrichtung (9) angeordnete Brennereinrichtung (10) mit Flammenleitrohr (14) vorgesehen sind. Um zumindest eine optimale Vermischung von rückgeführtem Behandlungsgas und Heizgas sowie ein besonders gutes Ausbrennen des Brennstoffes erzielen zu können, ist in Verlängerung des Zuströmendes (7a) des Gasansaugkanales (7) eine Ansaugdüse (8) vorgesehen, die frei in die Filtereinrichtung (9) hineinragt und die zum Filtersieb (11,11a) einen Umfangsabstand und zwischen sich und dem freien Mündungsende (14a) des Flammenleitrohres (14) einen etwa ringförmigen Strömungsraum (15) zur Rezirkulation von Behandlungsgas aufweist. <IMAGE>
