Abstract (en)
One (18) of the two cylinders (18,20) is allowed to rotate whilst both cylinders are moved radially up to each other and the torque acting on one of the cylinders is monitored. When the torque exceeds a predetermined threshold the radial position of the two cylinders reached at this moment relative to each other is taken as the zero position for the positioning. Immediately after reaching the zero position the cylinder (20) moved in the radial direction is moved back by a defined amount in the opposite direction to an operationally ready position and then it is set against the other cylinder.

Verfahren zum Anstellen zweier Zylinder (20, 18) einer Druckmaschine gegeneinander, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen (18) der beiden Zylinder rotieren läßt, während die beiden Zylinder radial auf einander zu bewegt werden und das auf einen (18) der beiden Zylinder wirkende Drehmoment überwacht wird, und daß, wenn das überwachte Drehmoment einen vorgegebenen Schwellenwert überschreitet, die in diesem Augenblick erreichte Radialposition der beiden Zylinder relativ zu einander als die Nullposition für die Anstellung genommen wird. <IMAGE>
