Abstract (en)
It is formed of a board (1), considerably elongated, which can move over the ground with the help of a pair of front wheels (2) and a pair of back wheels (2'). This board (1) is fitted with a vertical axis fitting (5) at its front end where the mast of a sail (3) is screwed into.
