Abstract (en)
The physical training optimization method uses detection of characteristic body parameters during training and conversion of the corresponding data into training information, with delivery of verbal training information via a tone reproduction device worn by the training individual, which can also be used for providing a music training program. Also included are Independent claims for the following: (a) a portable training device; (b) a training system for optimization of physical training
