Abstract (en)
The procedure to lay round and fasten the bottom seam of a flat bottomed bag includes folding and sealing the bottom (27) of the next bag (28) to be filled together with folding and sealing of the top seam of the previous bag (30), forming a connecting link (31) between them. The link is then separated by the cutting movement of a knife, with a transverse sealing device (10) closed, after which the knife returns to its starting position. The transverse sealing device is then opened and the previous bag freed by movement of one of the transverse sealing tools (18,19), forming a gap between both tools which is at least as large as the bottom seam width. An Independent claim is included for a device for carrying out the proposed procedure.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Umlegen und Anheften der Bodennaht eines Standbeutels und einer Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. Um in einer Beutelverpackungsmaschine für Standbeutel die Bodennaht (34) am Boden (27) anzuheften, war es bisher üblich, den ganzen Formatsatz (2) auf die Querverschliessvorrichtung abzusenken. Diese Bewegung war sehr kompliziert und musste für jeden Typ von Formatsatz angepasst werden. Nach der vorliegenden Erfindung hingegen wird in einem Verfahren in acht Schritten gezeigt, nach welchen, im entscheidenden Schritt, die Querverschliessvorrichtung (10) bei stillstehendem Beutel gegen den Boden (27) des Beutels (28) angehoben und so die Bodennaht (34) angeheftet wird. Nach der Erfindung lassen sich wesentlich schnellere und präzisere Bewegungen erzeugen, womit bessere Standbeutel bei höherer Ausbringung möglich werden. <IMAGE> <IMAGE> <IMAGE> <IMAGE> <IMAGE> <IMAGE> <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
