Abstract (en)
The box consists of a base, at least four side walls (3, 4, 5, 6), and a sheet (13) of a heat-shrinkable plastic film which is folded over the articles in the box and then shrunk to keep them in position. The box has an inner panel (14) with a central fold line which is inserted into the box to hold the plastic film sheet against the inner surface of the base. The film sheet is rectangular in shape and in one piece, projecting from both sides of the inner panel by a sufficient amount to allow it to cover any articles placed in the box before undergoing heat-shrinkage. The inner panel is of corrugated cardboard and has lugs along its edges which engage with slots along the lower edges of the box.

Il s'agit d'un ensemble de flans, d'un procédé et d'un dispositif de fabrication d'une caisse de conditionnement en carton pour le transport d'une charge. La caisse comprend un fond (50,51), au moins quatre parois latérales (44,45,46,47), à savoir deux premières parois opposées et deux secondes parois opposées, un film en matériau plastique thermorétractable destiné à l'emballage et au maintien en place de la charge et des moyens de fixation dudit film sur le fond de la caisse comportant une plaque (57) rapportée horizontale, de plaquage et de maintien à plat du film thermorétractable sur la face interne du fond de la caisse. Le fond comprend deux premiers rabats (50) munis de pattes (52) de renfort, et comporte sur sa périphérie des évidements (54). La plaque comporte une ligne (16) médiane de pliage longitudinal provisoire de la plaque en chapeau chinois, et des tenons (58) propres à coopérer avec les évidements. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
