Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0178480A2] The invention relates to a micro-functional unit produced by hybrid-integration microstructure technology. Said unit comprises micro-components that can be used in micro-structure technology and that co-determine the operation of the micro-functional unit and at least one support consisting of a flat section of material for receiving the micro-components. The invention aims to solve the problem of positioning at least some of the micro-components in a precise manner in relation to the support. To achieve this, a finger is freed from the flat section of material of the corresponding support by two perforations lying opposite each other, which completely penetrate the support, said finger acting as a retaining element for one of the micro-components.
