The hub opening is a cylindrical bore (Z) or a cone. It has a cylindrical or polygonal aperture (N). Hub opening, profile, and aperture are formed by turning and/or broaching, or by sintering. A joint section of the shaft is expanded by forming, and the hub (2) is pressed axially onto this expanded part.
