Abstract (en)
The mechanism to feed strip material in steps into a press, and the like, has two oscillating feed rollers with an intermittent drive to advance the strip workpiece material (63). The lower feed roller (2) is mounted in the frame (1) of the feed station, and the upper feed roller (3) is mounted in a rocker (30). The rocker movement is controlled from a control disk (64) through a lever (40) and a rod (35). Both ends (33,34) of the rocker are supported at the frame by springs (36,39). The rocker is mounted to a jib at one side, with a bush and a projecting arm with a clamped shaft. The clamping bar is firmly bonded to the shaft.

Zwei oszillierend und intermittierend angetriebene Vorschubwalzen (2; 3) dienen zum Vorschieben eines bandförmigen Werkstückes (63). Die untere Vorschubwalze (2) ist im Rahmen (1) der Vorschubvorrichtung gelagert. Die obere Vorschubwalze (3) ist in einer Wippe (30) gelagert. Die Bewegung der Wippe (30) wird von einer Steuerscheibe (64) über einen Hebel (40) und eine Stange (35) gesteuert. Bei einem Ende (33) ist die Wippe (30) über eine Druckfeder (39) gegen den Rahmen (1) abgestützt. Beim entgegengesetzten Ende (34) ist die Wippe (30) über eine weitere Druckfeder (36) gegen den Rahmen (1) abgestützt. Die Wippe (30) ist einseitig auf einem Ausleger bestehend aus einer Büchse (70), einem von der Büchse (70) abstehenden Arm (71) und einer im Arm (71) geklemmt gehaltenen Welle (72) gelagert. Das Klemmlineal (46) ist mit der Welle (72) fest verbunden. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
