Abstract (en)
The device has continuous steel pressing bands circulating in upper and lower press parts and supported via roller bearings on press plates in. Press plates are adjusted using cylinder piston arrangements, especially differential cylinders, connected to displacement sensors and to a hydraulic system. A computer is connected to the sensors and pressure system as a monitoring computer for checking the plausibility of the press plate settings. The device has continuous steel pressing bands (5) circulating in upper and lower press parts (4,3) and supported via roller bearings on press plates (6,7) in the upper and lower parts. Press plates are adjusted using cylinder piston arrangements, especially differential cylinders, connected to displacement sensors (22) and to a hydraulic system. A computer (24) is connected to the sensors and pressure system as a monitoring computer for checking the plausibility of the press plate settings.

Es handelt sich um eine kontinuierliche Presse zum Verpressen von Pressgutmatten zu Pressgutplatten, welche Einlaufplatten unter Bildung eines Einlaufmoduls und sich an die Einlaufplatten anschließende Pressplatten aufweist. Zur Einstellung der Einlaufkontur des Einlaufmoduls und der Pressplatten sind Zylinderkolbenanordnungen vorgesehen und an die Einlaufplatten und Pressplatten angeschlossen, welche Wegaufnehmer aufweisen. Außerdem ist ein Hydrauliksystem mit einer Steuer- oder Regeleinrichtung und einem Rechner an die Zylinderkolbenanordnungen angeschlossen. Der Rechner steht mit den Wegaufnehmern als Überwachungsrechner in Verbindung, der in Abhängigkeit von der jeweils eingestellten Einlaufkontur und/oder Pressplatteneinstellung die sich aus dem Plattenabstand und/oder Plattendruck resultierenden Spannungen auf Plausibilität und eventueller Überlastung der betreffenden Einlaufplatte und/oder Pressplatte prüft und bei Zulässigkeit die jeweils eingestellte Einlaufkontur bzw. Pressplatteneinstellung freigibt. <IMAGE>
