Abstract (en)
To give a floating change of printing plates, in a sheet-fed offset printing press, the drive for the plate cylinders (4.1-4.3) has a separate drive motor (8.1,8.2), which is synchronized with the main drive wheel train of the press. The inking unit (2.2) and the wetting unit (3.2) are disengaged form the plate cylinder. The plate cylinder is displaced from the blanket cylinder (5,2), the blanket cylinder is separated from the printing cylinder (6.2), and inking rollers and wetting rollers are set back from the plate cylinder. The printing plate is removed and the new plate is clamped in place by the printing plate change unit (12.2), for the inking station and wetting station to ink the new plate, and the cylinders are returned to their original positions against each other.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum fliegenden Wechsel von Druckplatten in Bogenoffset-Rotationsdruckmaschinen. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, für Bogenoffset-Rotationsdruckmaschinen ein Verfahren zum fliegenden Wechsel von Druckplatten zu entwickeln, durch das gegenüber dem bei Rollenoffsetmaschinen bekannten Stand der Technik Makulatur eingespart wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass der Antrieb des Plattenzylinders (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) durch einen separaten Antriebsmotor (8.1, 8.2, 8.3) erfolgt, der mit dem Hauptantriebs-Räderzug der Bogenoffset-Rotationsdruckmaschine synchronisiert ist, das Farbwerk (2.2) und das Feuchtwerk (3.2) vom Plattenzylinder (4.2) abgekuppelt, der Plattenzylinder (4.2) vom Gummituchzylinder (5.2), der Gummituchzylinder (5.2) vom Druckzylinder (6.2) und die Farbauftragwalzen des Farbwerks (2.2) und die Feuchtauftragwalzen des Feuchtwerks (3.2) vom Plattenzylinder (4.2) abgestellt werden, mit bekannten Mitteln die ausgedruckte Druckplatte entfernt und eine neue Druckplatte aufgespannt wird, das Farbwerk (2.2) und das Feuchtwerk (3.2) angestellt und die neue Druckplatte eingefärbt, der Plattenzylinder (4.2) an den Gummituchzylinder (5.2) und der Gummituchzylinder (5.2) an den Druckzylinder (6.2) angestellt wird. <IMAGE>
