Abstract (en)
The shed former for a Jacquard-type loom (M) has vertically reciprocating cutters (11, 11') operated by a single continuously-rotating unidirectional input shaft between two vertical plates (20, 21) that support oscillating shafts (50, 60) equipped with rocking levers (51-54, 62-64) linked kinematically to the cutters. The oscillating shafts, which are identical and positioned above the cutters, extend parallel to one another between the plates and are connected to the input shaft by a cam (71) and lever (72, 82) mechanism. The input shaft and oscillating shafts are supported by lubricated roller bearings mounted on the plates, and the input shaft is connected at each end to a drive motor.

Ce dispositif de formation de la foule (10) pour métier à tisser de type Jacquard (M) comprend deux séries de couteaux (11, 11') actionnés d'un unique arbre d'entrée (30) animé d'un mouvement de rotation continue (R) et s'étendant entre deux platines (20, 21) qui supportent des arbres oscillants (50, 60) équipés de leviers basculants (51-54 ; 62-64) cinématiquement liés aux séries de couteaux (11, 11'). L'arbre d'entrée (30) est équipé, au voisinage de chaque platine (20, 21), de moyens (70) d'entraînement des leviers basculants (51-54 ; 62-64). Les arbres oscillants (50, 60) s'étendent en parallèle entre les platines (20, 21) et sont chacun reliés à l'arbre d'entrée (30) par une unique liaison (70) à bielle (72) et excentrique (71), une liaison (70) étant respectivement ménagée au voisinage de chaque platine (20, 21). <IMAGE>
