Abstract (en)
The method involves filling a pressing mould (4) with pressed material (12) such as lignocellulose material and compacting the material into blanks in the pressing chamber of a stage press (1) through rams (7) which project into the numerous openings of the mould. After compacting, the mould is lifted with the pressing bar (3) and raised additionally against the bar so that the finished blanks are ejected from the mould and then from the pressing chamber into a container. Independent claim describes pressing machine and stage press with a lowering and lifting device at the edge.

Die Erfindung bezeichnet ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Presslingen aus zerkleinertem Pressgut (12), wie Lignocellulosematerial und/oder anderem brennbarem Material zum Verfeuern in Feuerstellen, wobei das Pressgut (12) in Öffnungen (11) einer Pressform (4) eingebracht und darin zu Presslingen verdichtet wird. Die Erfindung wird dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befüllung einer Pressform (4) mit Pressgut (12) und die Verdichtung des Pressgutes (12) zu Presslingen (10) im Pressenraum (18) einer Etagenpresse (1) mit in vielen Öffnungen (11) einer Pressform (4) eintauchende Stößel (7) erfolgt, und dass nach der Verdichtung die Pressform (4) mit dem Pressbär (3) angehoben und zusätzlich gegen den Pressbär hochfährt, dabei die fertigen Presslinge aus der Pressform (4) ausgestoßen und anschließend aus dem Pressenraum (18) in einen Behälter (16) mittels einer Ausstoßvorrichtung ausgeschoben werden. Außerdem beschreibt die Erfindung eine Anlage zur Durchführung des Verfahrens, bestehend aus einer Einfülleinrichtung (9) und einer Etagenpresse (1). <IMAGE>
