[origin: WO2004020055A1] The invention relates to a binding (10), especially a ski binding, which enables a walking movement to be carried out. According to the invention, said binding comprises at least one elastic element (3) which forms the pivoting axle for the shoe holder (1), said axle moving during the walking movement, or which dampens the walking movement.
