Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2005055371A1] According to the invention, a secure and durable electrical and mechanical connection may be achieved between an aluminium conductor (4) and a contact element (2), whereby a reservoir of a contacting agent (8) is fused and a material connection is formed between the aluminum conductor (4) and the contact element (2) by the subsequent solidification thereof to form the electrical connection. In order to ensure that the electrical connection and the formation of a stress release do not prejudice each other, during the formation of the electrical contacting, a distortion of the contact element (2) also occurs to generate the mechanical stress relieving.
