Abstract (en)
The method involves embossing a structure and a relief (5) in the upper side (2) of the structural panel (1) and applying a decoration (3) on the embossed side of the panel. The decoration is sealed by coating an abrasion-resistant layer (4) on the decoration. A polyurethane or a powder coating is applied as abrasion-resistant layer. The upper, lower and opposite side edges of panel are embossed, particularly of a timber material, plastic or a mixture from timber material and plastic. The structural panel is heated before embossing on a temperature of 40 to 150 degree celsius.

Ein Verfahren zur Veredelung einer Bauplatte (1), insbesondere einer Holzwerkstoff- oder Kunststoffplatte oder einer Platte aus einem Gemisch aus Holzwerkstoff und Kunststoff , mit einer Oberseite (2) und einer Unterseite und gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten zeichnet sich durch folgende Schritte aus: - Prägen einer Struktur (8) und/oder eines Reliefs (5) in mindestens die Oberseite (2) der Bauplatte (1), anschließendes - Aufbringen des Dekors (3) auf die geprägte Seite (2) der Bauplatte (1) und anschließendes - Versiegeln des Dekors (3) durch Auftragen einer abriebfesten Schicht (4) auf das Dekor (3).
