The elevator control panel 3 includes a registration determining unit 21 that determines a hall call control signal and a car call control signal, a hall call control unit 22 that registers a hall call based on a hall call control signal, a car call control unit 23 that registers a car call based on a car call control signal, and a traveling time storage device 24 that stores the traveling time from an authentication place to an elevator of a user. The call registration determining unit 21 transmits a car call control signal to the car call control unit 23 after a lapse of the traveling time stored in the traveling time storage device 24 from the receipt of the last car call control signal when car call control signals are received in series.
