[origin: EP1892087A1] The method involves providing a filter material course (201), where the filter material has a nonwoven layer arranged in an outside. A boundary surface-active substance (202) is applied on the nonwoven layer on a predetermined area. A hose course is formed from the filter material course, so that the non woven layer is arranged inside of the hose course. The hose course is cut, so that a hose section is received and runs within the predetermined range. The hose section is converted to a vacuum cleaner filter bag. The nonwoven layer has specific amount of chemical fibers.
