Abstract (en)
The method involves forming a symmetrical muscle structure of the upper and lower legs. The training person is clamped with one leg in a binding (33) attached to a binding plate (27) and the binding plate (18) is arranged on a mounting plate that is inclined with respect to the plane and the other leg is free. The training person supports himself with one hand on a mounting frame and carries out high-low movements approximately perpendicular to the plane of the mounting plate and hip swivel movements approximately parallel to the plane. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Trainingsgerät zum Aufbau der diagonalen Bewegungsmuskulatur, insbesondere für die Innenskitechnik Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trainingsperson mit einem Bein in einer Bindung eingespannt ist, die auf einer Bindungsplatte befestigt ist, und dass die Bindungsplatte auf einer schräg im Winkel zur Ebene gerichteten Halteplatte angeordnet ist und dass ferner das andere Bein der Trainingsperson frei ist, die Trainingsperson sich mit einer Hand an einem Haltegestell abstützt und mit der Körperlängsachse Hoch-Tief-Bewegungen ausführt, die etwa senkrecht zur Ebene der Halteplatte gerichtet sind und ferner Hüftschwenk-Bewegungen ausführt, die etwa parallel zur Ebene der Halteplatte ausgerichtet sind.
