Said composition comprises: 10 to 99 wt. % of a compound or ''matrix'' of a polyvinyl chloride thermoplastic (PVC) resin; 0.5 to 90 wt. % of at least a compound or ''inclusion'' of a thermoplastic resin containing at least one colouring pigment: 0.5 to 20 wt. % of speckling agents selected among colouring pigments, metal particles or decorative flakes, glass beads, polymeric particles.
