This device (D) comprises processing means (MT)responsible for adapting at least one data modulation and encoding scheme, to be broadcast by means of the dedicated carrier, according to actual radio transmission conditions on links established between the radio network and recipient radio terminals (UE) to which the data are to be broadcast.
