Abstract (en)

The bag (1) has a lower longitudinal seam and an upper longitudinal seam (17) connected with each other and connected with bag walls such as a front wall (2) and a rear wall (3). The bag walls have a web of weldable plastic filaments. The bag walls are interweaved with each other along bag edges that run parallel to each other, and transverse to the bag walls that contain the longitudinal seams. The filament running parallel to the interweaved bag edges are doubled, so that welding run along the seams transverse to the filament of the bag walls. The bag edges have chamfered edges at its ends. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a cooling water compensation tank of an internal combustion engine (2) a method for manufacturing a granulate bag.

Abstract (de)

Der für die Anordnung im Kühlsystem einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine bestimmte Granulatbeutel (1) hat aus einem Gewebe von verschweissbaren Kunststofffäden (6,7) bestehende Beutelwände (2,3), die entlang von zwei parallel zueinander verlaufenden Beutelrändern (8,9) miteinander verwoben sind. Quer zu den gewebten Beutelrändern (8,9) ist der Granulatbeutel durch Schweissnähte (17,20) verschlossen. Durch doppelte Ausbildung der Kettfäden beider Beutelwände steht eine ausreichende Menge an Material zur Verfügung, um den Schweissnähten eine hohe Festigkeit und dem Granulatbeutel (1) zusammen mit seinen gewebten Seitenrändern (8,9) eine hohe Formsteifigkeit zu geben. Eine Befestigungslasche (22) des Granulatbeutels (1) ist durch eine Verschlussnaht (17), eine dazu parallel verlaufende Schweissnaht und zwei Abschrägungen (13,14) begrenzt und hat ein zentrales Loch (37) für die Fixierung des Granulatbeutels in einem eine gewölbte Wand aufweisenden Kühlwasserausgleichsbehälter.
