[origin: WO2008052966A1] The invention relates to a computer software product comprising commands for profiling a user of telecommunication services in a multi-platform environment (1), the product being characterised in that it comprises: an explicit profiling functional block (7) for collecting information on the user's preferences directly from said user; a user implicit-profiling functional bloc (8) for collecting raw data on the user's behaviour concerning each service-providing platform, the implicit-profiling functional bloc (8) comprising means for aggregating said raw data; wherein the profile thus created comprises core attributes independent from the service platform and specialised attributes depending on the platforms present in the environment.
